Why buy refurbished hardware?

Dexon Computer Inc offers the highest quality used network equipment at discounts ranging from 50-90% off manufacture's list price.

Where do you get your used hardware?

We get our used hardware from Companies just like yours. When companies update their network they come to us in order to trade-in or sell their surplus equipment. Most often this equipment comes directly from a working environment straight to us.

What is your Warranty?

All new and refurbished equipment purchased from Dexon comes with a one year limited warranty to the original purchaser. If something goes wrong with a piece of network equipment purchased from Dexon, we will either fix it or replace it for a full year after you receive the equipment.

What is Dexon’s return policy?

If an incorrect product is ordered, you may exchange the product for another of equal or greater value, minus any fees and shipping costs. Returns, and/or canceled PO’s, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Why do exchanges carry a restocking fee?

Restocking fees are assessed to cover the cost associated for fulfilling each order. When the wrong part is ordered, it’s expensive. Here is an example of some of the costs associated with your order fulfillment:

• Inbound freight
• Warehousing Costs
• Packaging Supplies
• Warehouse Personnel and lab technicians
• Test lab equipment & supplies 

What should I do with my surplus equipment?

We can offer you 'Top Dollar' for your used networking equipment. All you need to do is send us a list of equipment that you are no longer using. We can offer credit or cash-out options for your surplus, the choice is yours. We also do even trades as well, do you have $10,000 worth of equipment you’d like to trade in, but don’t need $100,000 worth of equipment? Let’s just trade your $10,000 worth of surplus for the $10,000 worth of hardware that you do need. It’s as simple as that.

How soon can I get my order?

Tired of manufacture back orders and lead times? Due to our very large inventory, along with our great relationship with multiple vendors nationwide, we can often ship your order the very same day! Which means you can get your network up and running the next day if need be.

Do you accept Purchase Orders and/or Credit Cards?

Yes we do accept Purchase Orders, either faxed or emailed. We also accept all major credit cards.

How soon can you get me my quote?

On average it takes us only 15 minutes to get a quote back to you. Quick quote turn around times mean, less time spent checking your email and sourcing information. We are always just a phone call or email away to meet your busy schedule and hectic demands.
